About Marybeth

Thank you for allowing us to guide you through one of life's most meaningful transactions. My husband John and I have been assisting homeowners and real estate investors from across North America for a combined four decades. We are lifetime residents of Michigan who specialize in the communities of the greater Metro Detroit area as well as our favorite Summertime playgrounds of Manistee, Caseville, and Port Austin. Together we have built, bought, rehabbed, and sold hundreds of homes, as well as transacted and managed many times more on behalf of our clients.

Before real estate, I managed hospitals, directed senior facilities, ran restaurants, and designed interiors. John is a former agent trainer, a two-time best-selling author, and a national speaker.

We have lived in New Baltimore, Michigan since 2001 and are raising two boys. We live and work on the principle that Realtors Build Community. I currently serve as the District 1 Director for GMAR, liaison for GMAR Government Affairs and secretary for the New Baltimore Artc and Culture Commission. I have previously served as International Mom's Club Chapter President, Anchor Bay Vocal Arts Boosters Chair, Boy Scout Committee Secretary, Summer Camp Coordinator, and Pack Trainer. John has served as a municipal sports coach in both Chesterfield and St. Clair Shores and former Children’s Miracle Network top contributor award. On behalf of all our clients, we proudly donate a part of every transaction to the Children's Hospital of Michigan.
